Join Helen Forster – Whole Beginnings & Monique Poppelaars – Sundew Therapies for a beautiful Urban retreat day which will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the experience of all six senses.

Monique Poppelaars is the founder of Sundew Therapies and a qualified Reflexologist and Aromatic Kinesiologist®. Monique has been studying AK with Robbi Zeck ND for more than 6 years and loves exploring how essential oils can assist on a daily basis and enhance client’s treatments. Having personally benefited so much, she took the next step and in March 2024, she became one the inaugural teachers of Aromatic Kinesiology®, a beautiful modality of energetic medicine developed over 30 years by Robbi. Monique is very excited to be able to guide others in exploring, experiencing and embodying the benefits of Aromatic Kinesiology®.

As we all know, grief is a natural and necessary part of our human experience. It is a process that can take time, and finding peace can be a difficult journey.
This workshop is about Aromatic Heartwork that inspires transformation, providing a safe and gentle space so you can unwind, feel nurtured, nourished and aligned.
Since ancient times, flowers, plants and herbs have held symbolic and often secret meanings. They have been widely regarded and used in a variety of therapies as symbols of the soul, to unlock our intuition. Essential oils have the capacity to create an opening in our psyche, enabling us to energetically and cognitively make a shift in our perception about certain situations in our lives.
